Pay Online
If you have received an e-mail invoice from us and are trying to pay online, merely enter the TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE INVOICE (including the taxes) into the box to the right of Amount and click on the PayPal Check Out button. You will be directed to PayPal’s portal and from there you may use your credit card to pay the invoice.
If you are currently at your location and have one of our technicians on-site prepared to commence a service call, please enter the TOTAL AMOUNT that we require in order to complete your job. You will be directed to PayPal’s portal and from there you may use your credit card to pay for the service that our technician will start as soon as we receive payment.
Once you have completed the PayPal payment process, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from PayPal itself reflecting the terms of the charge on your credit card. After our work is finished, AAA A/C will also follow up with an e-mail of our own showing that you have paid in full along with a copy of the original invoice. All of our work (except for Freon replacement) carries a one (1) year guarantee. Please refer to our Limited Service Warranty at the bottom of the e-mail that you will receive with your receipt of payment.
